Returns & Refunds Policy (30 Days)

At Prestige Powersports, we want you to feel confident ordering online. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to sort it out quickly.

30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • The item must be unuseduninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included parts.

  • The item must be in resaleable condition (no marks, grease, scratches, fuel/oil residue, or water exposure).

  • You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Change-of-mind return shipping:
Unless required by law, return postage is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faultydamaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible) with your order number and clear photos.

  • Where appropriate, we’ll arrange a replacementrepair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • For verified faulty/damaged/incorrect items, Prestige Powersports covers return shipping or provides a prepaid return label (where available).

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via CONTACT PAGE or email sales@prestigepowersports.com  with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (required for damaged/faulty items)

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and (if approved) a Return Authorisation (RA) reference.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to:

Important: Returns sent without an RA/reference may be delayed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of approval/rejection.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: typically 2–5 business days after inspection (your bank/payment provider may take additional time to finalise the refund).

Original shipping fees:

  • Shipping charges are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns (unless required by law).

  • If the return is due to our error or a confirmed fault, shipping is handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap for a different size/model, contact us first. Exchanges depend on stock availability. In many cases, the fastest option is to process a return and place a new order.

Items That Can’t Be Returned (Change of Mind)

For hygiene, safety, or practicality reasons, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for:

  • Items that have been used/installed

  • Custom-made or special order items (where stated at purchase)

  • Clearance/final sale items (where stated at purchase)

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that cannot be resold due to condition

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This Shipping Policy explains how Prestige Powersports processes and delivers orders placed on www.prestigepower.com.au

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Australia-wide (metro and regional areas)

International shipping (if offered) will be shown at checkout. Any duties/taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, item size/weight, and chosen shipping method.

If any special freight quote is required (e.g., oversized/bulky items), we’ll contact you before dispatch.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched. Estimates below are typical only:

Standard Shipping

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days

  • Regional/remote areas: 5–10 business days

Express Shipping (if available at checkout)

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days

  • Regional/remote areas: 2–5 business days

Note: Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather events, remote locations, or peak seasons.

Carriers & Tracking

We use reputable carriers and freight partners depending on parcel size and destination.

  • Tracking is provided where available.

  • You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned to us or requires redelivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Authority to Leave / Safe Drop

If you choose “Authority to Leave” (or a carrier safe drop option), delivery is completed when the carrier marks the parcel as delivered. Prestige Powersports is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery in these cases.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Small items may be eligible for PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers depending on carrier restrictions. Bulky or freight items may require a street address.

Bulky / Oversized / Dangerous Goods

Some marine products may be heavy, oversized, or subject to shipping restrictions. If additional freight charges or special handling is required, we will contact you before dispatch.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

    • The damaged item(s)

We’ll assess and organise the appropriate resolution (replacement, repair, or refund) in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusual period or your parcel appears lost:

  • Contact us and we’ll lodge an enquiry with the carrier.

  • If a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability and circumstances.
